The cardholder agrees that the Eagle Card is the property of North Carolina Central University and can be confiscated from bearer as a result of inappropriate conduct or abuse. Use of the Eagle Card is subject to all terms, conditions, rules and regulations. These terms and conditions are effective immediately and remain so until written notification is received. North Carolina Central University shall mail or deliver a written notice at least thirty (30) days before effective date, any change in a term or condition if the change would cause increased fees or charges; or increase liability for the cardholder. Prior notice need not be given where immediate change in a term and/or condition is necessary to maintain or restore the security of the system or account.
           
By submitting your photo image through the North Carolina Central University Eagle Card Photo Upload website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the image submission. If you choose not to proceed, you will be required to visit the Eagle Card office located in Room 117 Lee Biology to have your photo taken and your Eagle Card produced. This Photo Upload website is provided by the Business and Auxiliary Services Division of North Carolina Central University and its third party suppliers. We may update these terms and any changes will be effective immediately.

The Eagle Card is your University ID card, your meal card, your access card, your debit card, all in one. The mission of Eagle Card Services is to support the overall mission of North Carolina Central University by offering financial, access, and identification services to the students, faculty, staff and the Board of Trustees in a manner that will significantly enhance life on, and around campus. It is our aim to provide these services in a professional and effective manner and maintain a pleasant working environment for our employees. Finally, it is our goal to be considered by others, both in and outside the University community, as an excellent department and as highly competent employees.

How We Will Use Your Photo Image

The digital photo image that you submit via this website will be used to produce your Eagle Card ID Badge.

The Eagle Card is proof of identity as well as provides access to meal plans for Dining Services, Bookstore Voucher Funds and University facilities. Everyone is granted access to various facilities and rooms on campus using your Eagle Card, including Student access to the Residence Halls.

This access is based on the approval given to you by that facility. Common university area access, such as Shepard Library is automatically granted to all. Students will be required to use their cards in Shepard library to check out books. 

Other Uses of your Image

By submitting this photo for your student ID you agree this photo may be used by North Carolina Central University Student Records and or Student Health Services.
