The Eagle Card is the offical ID card of Noth Carolina Centeral University (NCCU) and is managed by the Eagle Card Office which is an entity within Campus Enterprises; a division of the Administration and Finance Opperations. The Eagle Card is the property of NCCU and its use is governed by the University's regulation, policies and procedures.  The Eagle Card is an identification card and a financial transaction card.  It is intended to be used the entire length of thime you are at the Univeristy.  Use of the Eagle Card constitues accceptance of all terms, conditions, and regulations under which it was issued.
